Immersion Programs

Our Immersion Programs are designed to be a turn key solution.

We turn up with our team and equipment ready to deliver our high-impact immersion experience to all participants.

Group sizes can range anywhere between 15 up to around 100 participants.

We then split the cohort into smaller groups which rotate through activity stations throughout the day and re-join for the important reflection and sharing of session learnings. Ahead of any program there is a consultation process with your staff to work through logistics & session timings so as to work in with your standard school day. We do ask that there is at least 1 representative from your staff to help with moving groups between stations.

Most programs are 1-2 days.  Longer options, as well as shorter introductory sessions are available. Programs are run within the standard school day hours.

Our team comes to your school campus and runs the program from your school facilities.

We bring our fleet of day chairs and sports chairs.

Indoor basketball court, accessible classrooms, bathrooms and car space.

  • Chair basketball
  • Chair target shooting
  • Chair archery

Professional Development

All the data from a myriad of studies tells us emphatically that the number one factor in student performance and well-being is the quality of the teacher – student relationship.

As staff  hear story, experience the activities and reflect on their experiences through the lens of concepts, they will gain vital insights into creative ways that , as professional educators, can be the attitudinal and value mentors that students so desperately need.
